Who we are

getBuckler Solutions ("we", "us") is a cybersecurity and compliance consultancy registered in India, at SR No - 176, Suyog Space, Wakad, Pune, 411057, India. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

[REVIEW] Confirm the registered legal entity name, company registration number and whether a representative or DPO must be named for the EU/UK.

What we collect

Information you submit through our contact or assessment forms: your name, work email, company, role, country and the message content.

Technical data when analytics is enabled: pages visited, referrer, approximate location and device/browser type, collected through Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager. Analytics only runs after you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner.

Email correspondence you send us.

Why we use it and our legal basis

To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or proposal you asked for (legitimate interests, or steps prior to entering a contract).

To understand and improve how the site is used (consent, where analytics cookies are accepted).

To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us.

Sharing

We use service providers to run the site and our business, including Hostinger (hosting and email) and, when enabled, Google (analytics). Providers act on our instructions under contract.

We do not sell personal data.

[REVIEW] List all processors once tooling is finalised (hosting, email, analytics, CRM, scheduling, newsletter).

International transfers

We operate from India and serve clients in several regions, so personal data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

[REVIEW] Confirm transfer mechanism wording with counsel for EU/UK and other regions.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, then deleted or anonymised. [REVIEW] set specific retention periods.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, email [email protected].

You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
